Hello! My name is Maria Anthony, and I bring over 30 years of hands-on experience in early childhood care and education. My journey began with a small home-based daycare, where I lovingly cared for six children from my community. With passion and hard work, that small start grew into Cuddle Time Daycare Center in Hamden, CT—a thriving center serving 74 children with a dedicated team of 25 amazing teachers.

A few years ago, I sold Cuddle Time and stepped into semi-retirement, thinking I was ready to slow down. But it turns out—I missed everything about daycare! The laughter, the learning, the little milestones, and the big hugs—I missed it all.

That’s why I’m thrilled to be opening Cozy Place Learning Center here in Orange. I’m excited to bring the same love, care, and dedication to this community that made my first center a beloved place for families. At Cozy Place, your child will be nurtured in a safe, cozy, and enriching environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

I’m proud to say that many of my past daycare kids had brought their children to me—that’s the heart of what we do here. We build relationships that last a lifetime.
